MISSION
It is the mission of the Chandler Public Library to promote life-long learning by providing and promoting equal access to all library resources and services for our community including recreational reading, technology, and reference.

MEMBERSHIP
The Chandler Public Library serves citizens of eastern Henderson County (Brownsboro ISD School District). Patrons must present a valid Texas Driver's License or ID with an address within this area. They must also have a current utility bill (gas, water, electric) with the same address. Young adults living at home can use their parent's utiltiy bill. First time check-outs are limited to one item and thereafter 10 items including a maximum of 4 videos/dvds. Books and audio books are due in 2 weeks and videos/dvds in one week. A fine for an overdue book is 10c per day and $1 per day for videos/dvds. A night-drop is located near the front door.
Contact the library about upcoming children's programs including the Texas Reading Club in June, July and August.
